Ingredients
- Lamb - 17.6 oz
- Lamb Fat Netting - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Serviceberries - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Dill - 4 sprigs
- Adjika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the lamb from membranes and cut it into small pieces. Finely chop the dill and parsley.
Step 2
Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder. Add the herbs, salt, adjika, and barberry juice to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Form cutlets from the minced meat, wrapping each cutlet in fat netting.
Step 4
Place the cutlets on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a sweet and sour fruit or berry sauce, such as pomegranate.
