Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Adjika - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. All vegetables should be sliced into thin rounds.
Step 2
Place the potatoes as the first layer on the baking sheet. Add salt to taste. Put a drop of mayonnaise on each round.
Step 3
Next, evenly layer the zucchini. Add a drop of mayonnaise on top as well. Do the same with the eggplant for the third layer.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the adjika with sunflower oil, stir, and evenly drizzle over the vegetables on the baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle half of the chopped herbs.
Step 5
For the fourth layer, add the tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and the remaining herbs.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the eggs with a small amount of adjika. Drizzle over the top like a glaze, ensuring the eggs fill the spaces between the vegetables evenly.
Step 7
Bake at 266°F for one hour.
