Ingredients
- Spelt - 17.6 oz
- Water - to taste
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the spelt.
Step 2
Rinse it.
Step 3
Sauté it in clarified butter (50 g).
Step 4
Pour boiling water over it in the ratio: for 1 cup of spelt, use 1.5 liters of water.
Step 5
In a separate pan, sauté the onion in clarified butter (150 g) until golden brown.
Step 6
Add the chopped mushrooms.
Step 7
Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Step 8
Place the spelt on a plate.
Step 9
Top with the mushrooms and onions and serve.
