Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 5 lbs
- Turnips - 17.6 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 17.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 5.3 oz
- Safflower Oil - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Pass the other vegetables through a meat grinder as well, and sauté in a pan with sunflower oil.
Step 3
Mix everything with the boiling tomatoes and simmer for 2 to 2.5 hours, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Jar in sterilized jars.
