Description
Store in a dark place. The prepared salt can be dried and placed in spice mills. It is very convenient for seasoning dishes without over-salting.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0.2 oz
- Dried Dill Stems - 0.2 oz
- Ground coriander - 0.2 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Flaky sea salt - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 2
Mix the garlic with the salt.
Step 3
Add the spices.
Step 4
In addition to the main spices, you can add dried ones to taste: chili pepper, thyme, marjoram, basil, parsley, and anything else that comes to mind. All spices should be added by the teaspoon.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Pack into jars with screw-on lids.
