Description
It's best to let the salad sit for a few hours before serving (even better overnight). From personal experience, the salad tastes much better the next day — the bitterness from the cabbage fades, and the salad becomes more tender and juicy.
Ingredients
- Green Papaya - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage (I used pre-shredded cabbage), and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients: mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
Step 3
Mix well.
