- Poultry - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Rabbit - 10.6 oz
- Mussels - 3.5 oz
- Shrimp - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces

- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Paella rice - 5.3 oz
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Saffron - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large paella pan, heat the olive oil. Add small pieces of chicken and rabbit on the bone and brown them.
Step 2
Then add the onion, garlic, red and green peppers, peeled and seeded tomatoes, and brown again.
Step 3
Add the rice, pour in the olive oil, and mix well. Add turmeric for color.
Step 4
Add the broth, bay leaves, thyme, and saffron, and cook for 30 minutes. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a little more broth or water.
Step 5
Finally, add the rinsed mussels and shrimp, mix well, and serve.
