Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Chorizo - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Basil - 0.5 oz
- Parsley - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Feta cheese - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chorizo into large cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and all the greens roughly, mix them together, and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and half of the balsamic vinegar. Mix again.
Step 3
Chop the garlic and add it to the chorizo along with the remaining half of the balsamic vinegar. Fry for a couple more minutes and remove from heat.
Step 4
Place the chorizo in the salad and mix. Put a piece of feta cheese on a plate, top with the salad, and drizzle with a small amount of oil from the pan.
