Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet - 14.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Brandy - 4 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 2.1 oz
- Spices - to taste

Step 1
In a large pot, bring water to a boil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or 10 ml of white wine. Add the fish fillet and cook for 5-10 minutes until the fish is tender. Cool, dry, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter and add finely chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until soft. Add the fish and pour in the brandy. Ignite and, when the flames subside, add 60 ml of wine and mix well. Reduce the heat, add the sour cream mixed with corn flour. Stir and sprinkle with spices.
