Ingredients

  • Antonovka apples - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Table Mustard - 0.9 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut two Antonovka apples into quarters, remove the core, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and add a teaspoon of sugar.

Step 2

Drizzle with vegetable oil and bake the apples in the oven at 392°F until tender.

Step 3

Pass the baked apples through a sieve. Add 1 tablespoon of spicy table mustard to the resulting puree.

Step 4

Stir, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and sugar to taste.
