- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Herbs - 0.7 oz

Step 1
Boil the chicken, chop it into serving pieces, and marinate for 1–2 hours in a garlic marinade with added citric acid and finely chopped herbs.
Step 2
In the beaten egg, add finely chopped sautéed onion, herbs, citric acid, and salt. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in flour, dip them in the egg, and place them in a hot skillet, pouring the remaining egg over the chicken and baking it in the oven.
Step 3
Serve with steamed rice, seasoned with sautéed onion.
