Description
Instead of cauliflower, you can use 250 g of cabbage.
Ingredients
- Meat - 24.7 oz
- Rice - 9.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 1.4 oz
- Cauliflower - 11.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into two pieces per serving, pound it, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Fry the prepared cauliflower in hot oil and season with salt.
Step 3
Place the fried meat in a saucepan, add the fried cauliflower on top, then the rice soaked for 1–2 hours, and pour in cold water or broth (the amount of water should be the same as for regular pilaf), season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat until cooked. Then transfer the pilaf to a hot skillet with fat or to a baking sheet and fry.
