Ingredients
- Arista - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Thyme - 0.2 oz
- Rosemary - 0.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- 33% Cream - 10 fl oz
- Aspen mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the arista into boiling salted water and cook until done.
Step 2
Wash the fresh mushrooms, clean them, place them in a colander, and let the water drain.
Step 3
Pour olive oil into a skillet, heat it, and add 3 cloves of garlic, cut in half. Sauté the garlic and then remove it.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the skillet where the garlic was.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms to the sautéed onion. First, cook on high heat to evaporate the moisture.
Step 6
Add thyme and rosemary.
Step 7
Pour in the wine and let it evaporate completely.
Step 8
Add the cream and stir.
Step 9
Add the cooked arista to the sauce, heat for 2–3 minutes, and remove from heat.
Step 10
Place the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with halved cherry tomatoes.
