Description
Take as much beans as you want to make salad. This recipe does not have exact proportions or ratios. If you take a different amount of beans, determine the amount of other ingredients by eye. It can be served in individual portions or as one portion in a salad bowl.
Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Basil - 1 stem
- White Beans - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the cilantro and parsley, tear the basil by hand. Mix with the beans.
Step 2
Crush the garlic in a garlic press or chop it with a knife. Add to the salad and mix.
Step 3
Squeeze a little lemon juice (1 teaspoon) and pour it into the salad.
Step 4
Dress the dish with olive oil. Stir well.
