Ingredients

  • Cicmaty - 1 bunch
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Lightly Salted Muksun - 1.8 oz
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Quail Egg - 7 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
  • Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac - ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Boil the quail eggs hard.
