Ingredients
- Sake - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 3 pieces
- Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
- Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Scallions - 2 stalks
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the meat into thin strips. In a bowl, mix sake, soy sauce, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Add the meat, stir, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Return the wok to medium heat and add ginger, garlic, finely chopped chilies, chili flakes, and cumin. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Return the meat to the wok, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve.
