Ingredients
- Beef Tri-Tip - 13.8 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the steak from the refrigerator. Let it breathe at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Brush the steak with olive oil on both sides.
Step 3
Place the meat on a hot skillet.
Step 4
After 2–3 minutes, flip it over.
Step 5
Crush the garlic with a large knife.
Step 6
Flip the steak again after 2 minutes.
Step 7
Place the garlic next to the steak.
Step 8
Once the garlic is browned, flip it along with the steak.
Step 9
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
Step 10
After 7–10 minutes, place the steak on foil.
Step 11
Season with freshly ground pepper mix.
Step 12
Brush the meat with butter.
Step 13
Top the steak with garlic and a couple of sprigs of rosemary, cover with foil. Let it rest for 7–10 minutes.
