Ingredients
- Duck wings - 16 pieces
- Minced garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the wings, rub them with salt, sprinkle with spices, and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the wings, and cover with a lid. Fry until a golden crust forms, then flip and fry on the other side until golden brown as well.
Step 3
Then place it in an airtight container (a small pot or plastic box), immediately add the garlic (the garlic should be chopped, but not crushed), evenly distribute it over the wings, and tightly close the lid. After about 5 minutes, without opening it, shake the container.
Step 4
After another 5 minutes, you can serve. The garlic will release its aroma when it comes into contact with the hot wings, but there won't be a strong garlic taste.
