  • Extra virgin olive oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Arugula - 5.3 oz
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Artichokes - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the juice, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil.

Step 2
