Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a skillet along with the crushed garlic.
Step 2
Once you smell the garlic, remove it from the skillet and add the artichoke segments, sauté them briefly.
Step 3
Add the fresh lemon juice to the artichokes and sauté them a little more in the oil.
Step 4
