Ingredients

  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Butter - 0.2 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
  • Ocean salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Artichoke bottoms - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a skillet along with the crushed garlic.

Step 2

Once you smell the garlic, remove it from the skillet and add the artichoke segments, sauté them briefly.

Step 3

Add the fresh lemon juice to the artichokes and sauté them a little more in the oil.

Step 4

At the end of cooking, add the mint leaves, a bit of butter, spices, and mix. The dish can be served.
