Ingredients
- Red cocktail cherry - 10.6 oz
- Arugula - ½ bunches
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Croutons - 3.5 oz
- Sesame bun - a pinch
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Taco seasoning mix - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut two slices of white bread and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes at 392°F.
Step 2
Wash the vegetables and dry them with a towel.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters, depending on their size and your preference.
Step 4
Tear the arugula leaves into small pieces by hand.

Add the toasted and cooled croutons that have been sprinkled with garlic powder after toasting.
