Ingredients

  • Red cocktail cherry - 10.6 oz
  • Arugula - ½ bunches
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
  • Croutons - 3.5 oz
  • Sesame bun - a pinch
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Taco seasoning mix - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut two slices of white bread and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes at 392°F.

Step 2

Wash the vegetables and dry them with a towel.

Step 3

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters, depending on their size and your preference.

Step 4

Tear the arugula leaves into small pieces by hand.

Step 5

Add the toasted and cooled croutons that have been sprinkled with garlic powder after toasting.

Step 6

Add about a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese (for those who love it like I do, feel free to add more), a pinch of sesame seeds, a small pinch of salt, and a generous pinch of Italian herbs (oregano, garlic, basil, thyme). You can also add some dried basil for extra flavor.

Dress with homemade unrefined or olive oil, depending on your mood and preferences.
