  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Place the arugula in a deep bowl.

Wash the persimmon, peel it, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes.
