Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 6 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 fl oz
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Oranges - 5 pieces
- Arugula - 14.1 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
- Goat cheese - 8.8 oz
- Onion - ½ head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, salt, and pepper, and let it sit in a cool place.
Step 2
Peel the oranges and slice them into rounds about 1 cm thick. Cut each round into four wedges and transfer to a large bowl. Mix with pieces of cheese and finely chopped onion, add arugula and pomegranate seeds (180 grams), and toss.
Step 3
Dress with the prepared dressing and serve immediately.
