Ingredients
- Arugula - 2.1 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 4.9 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the arugula, remove the stems, and cut it into strips 0.5-1 cm wide.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing: combine the lemon juice and olive oil, and whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
Add salt and white pepper.
Step 4
Mix the peeled shrimp with the arugula and dress with half of the sauce.
Step 5
Drizzle the second half of the sauce over the salad before serving. The salad is ready.
