Ingredients

  • Arugula - 2.8 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10.6 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Pistachios - 1.8 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the garlic and sauté it in olive oil, add the shrimp, drizzle with lemon juice and wine, and heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Place a bed of arugula on a plate, add the shrimp and sliced tomatoes.

Step 3
