Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin - 15.9 oz
- Scallions - 6 stalks
- Brown Sugar - ½ cup
- Sherry - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Cut the meat into thin strips.
Step 2
Mix the sugar, sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Pour half of the marinade into a plastic bag and add the meat. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Save the remaining marinade.
Step 3
Meanwhile, soak 16 bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes. Dry them.
Step 4
Remove the meat from the marinade and thread it onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of green onion.
Step 5
Preheat the grill and cook the meat for 5-6 minutes, turning once. Brush with the reserved marinade while grilling.
