- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 0.7 oz
- Chili Flakes - ½ spoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces

- Sesame Oil - 0 fl oz
- Starch film - 0.7 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the meat into cubes.
Step 3
Mix half of the cornstarch, 70 ml of cold water, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Combine the resulting mixture with the meat and let it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
Step 4
Dice the bell pepper and onion into pieces the same size as the pork.
Step 5
Grate the ginger. Mince the garlic.
Step 6
Prepare the sauce: mix together ginger, garlic, chili flakes, sesame oil, sugar, the juice of half a lemon, 130 ml of water, the remaining soy sauce, and cornstarch.
Step 7
Sauté the pork in vegetable oil on the 'Sauté' setting for 7 minutes. Remove the meat.
Step 8
In the same bowl, sauté the onion and bell pepper on the same setting. About 7 minutes will be enough for a golden crust.
Step 9
Add the sautéed meat and pineapple chunks to the vegetables, pour in the sauce, and continue to sauté for about 10 minutes.
Step 10
Garnish the finished dish with green onions and sesame seeds.
