Ingredients
- Canned White Asparagus - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - a pinch
- Butter - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Celery stalk - 0.1 oz
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Cream - 6 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2.1 oz
- Table Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Peeled chestnuts - 2.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the asparagus and boil in salted water with sugar and butter for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the oranges so that no white film remains, and cut into small wedges. Collect the juice that is released.
Step 3
Cut the celery into thin strips. Arrange in dessert cups along with pieces of asparagus and oranges.
Step 4
Slightly whip the cream. Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon-orange juice. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the sauce over the vegetables and fruits.
Step 5
The dish can be garnished with celery leaves and walnuts.
