Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the asparagus into pieces 2–5 cm long, place in a deep container, pour boiling water over it, weigh it down (to prevent it from floating), and leave for an hour.
Step 2
Grate the carrot finely, mix with vinegar, oil, and seasonings.
Step 3
