Asparagus with Korean-style Carrots

Ingredients

  • Soy Meat - 8.8 oz
  • Korean-style Cabbage Seasoning - to taste
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Champagne Vinegar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break the asparagus into pieces 2–5 cm long, place in a deep container, pour boiling water over it, weigh it down (to prevent it from floating), and leave for an hour.

Step 2

Grate the carrot finely, mix with vinegar, oil, and seasonings.

Step 3

When the asparagus softens and cools, mix everything together, add spices to taste (if something is missing), and place in the refrigerator.

Step 4

After an hour, the salad is ready to eat.
