Ingredients

  • Asparagus - 2 lbs
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
  • Lemon - 2 pieces
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - ½ cup
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - ½ cup
  • Anchovies - 10 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the asparagus in a small amount of salted water (5 minutes). Drain the water and place on a dish, lightly drizzling with olive oil.

Step 2

While the asparagus is cooking, finely chop the garlic, anchovies, olives, and the zest of the fresh lemon, and mix everything with the chopped parsley.

Step 3

Spread the mixture over the cooked asparagus. Serve hot or at room temperature.
