Ingredients
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Chicken fillet - 28.2 oz
- Pork Blood - 28.2 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces (thickness – 1 cm). Add the onion, sliced into half rings, and the garlic, finely chopped. Season with soy sauce, bay leaf, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
Step 2
Cut the apples into 8 wedges. First, remove the seeds from the apples.
Step 3
Place the meat in a heatproof dish, and arrange the apples on top. Put it in the oven preheated to 482°F (482 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake until cooked, about 45 minutes. Before serving, cut the meat into portions and garnish each piece with apple wedges.
