Ingredients

  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Beef - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Oranges - 3 pieces
  • Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 10 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil and rinse the rice.

Step 2

Cook or fry the meat.

Step 3

Cut the oranges into pieces.

Step 4

To make the sauce, whisk together the yolk, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and salt, gradually adding the vegetable oil.

Step 5

Dilute the juice of one orange with water in a ratio of 1 to 7. In the resulting orange water, dissolve the cornstarch, bring to a boil, and immediately add it to the sauce.

Step 6

Mix the rice, meat, and orange pieces, dress the salad, and drizzle with lemon juice.
