Description

- Black Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Pumpkin - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Spicy salami - 1.8 oz
- Red Curry Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Green Butter - ⅓ bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small slices.
Step 2
Mix the flour with salt, black pepper, chili pepper, and curry powder, and coat the pumpkin slices in this mixture.
Step 3
Pour in the vegetable oil and fry the pumpkin for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then tear the lettuce leaves, slice the salami (3 pieces are enough), and the black tomato of any variety (one medium-sized tomato is sufficient), and mix everything together.
Step 5
When the pumpkin is ready, add it to the salad.
Step 6
Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 7
Sprinkle grated Parmesan and chopped basil on top.
