- Red Currant - 12.3 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Radish - 7 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Spinach - ½ bunch
- Champagne Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut half of the onion in half and slice into 0.25 rings. Place in a small container and pour 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar over it. Mix well. Set aside.
Step 2
Shred 1/3 of the cabbage (approximately 350 g), add salt generously, and massage it to release the juices. Place it in a large bowl.
Step 3
Slice the radish into rounds. Cut the carrot into mini sticks, about 2–3 cm long. Remove the stems from the spinach and tear it into 3–4 pieces. Add everything to the cabbage.
Step 4
Add the pickled onion, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and spices to taste, such as pepper, dried basil, oregano, and dried red paprika. Mix well.
