  • Scallions - 1.4 oz
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Lemon - 1 piece
