Avocado and Crab Meat Salad

Ingredients

  • Avocado - 5 pieces
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds - 5 tablespoons
  • Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Flying fish roe - to taste
  • Corn Salad - 3.5 oz
  • Chili jam - 1½ teaspoons
  • Crab sticks in brine - 15 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the salad bowls in the freezer to chill.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the mayonnaise, juice of one lemon, chili sauce, sesame seeds, and salt.

Step 3

Shred the crab sticks into strands.

Step 4

Peel and dice the avocado.

Step 5

Combine the avocado, crab sticks, and flying fish roe.

Step 6

Dress with the mayonnaise mixture to taste.

Step 7

In each salad bowl, place a few leaves of corn lettuce, then top with the salad.

Step 8

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
