Ingredients
- Shallot - 2.1 oz
- Eel - 1 piece
- Avocado - 3 pieces
- Red Grape Juice - 3 pieces
- Red Grape Juice - 3½ teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the shallot. Mix it with lemon juice and grape juice. Gradually pour in the olive oil and nut oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, then slice thinly and rinse under cold water.
Step 3
Peel the grapefruits and separate into segments, removing the bitter membranes.
Step 4
Place the lettuce leaves on plates, top with avocado and grapefruit segments, and drizzle with the dressing.
