Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 2 fl oz
- Spanish onions - 0.5 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 4 spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Cress salad - 7.1 oz
- Ramsons - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the red onion and sweet apple: use the fine side of the grater for the onion and the coarse side for the apple.
Step 2
Mix the vinegar, onion, apple, soy sauce, and sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, stir in the vegetable oil.
Step 3
Peel and slice the avocado into thin strips. Just before serving, toss the watercress with the ramson leaves and the dressing, then add the avocado.
