Description
This healthy snack is easy to prepare even in the office, especially if you bring along prepped vegetables from home (of course, if you have a couple of bottles of soy sauce and vinegar stashed away in your desk drawer). By the way, balsamic vinegar can easily be replaced with the juice of half a lime if desired.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 4.2 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Cottage cheese - 4.6 oz
- Dried Rosemary - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1½ teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the Napa cabbage (the upper part of the leaves) by hand and place it in a large salad bowl to keep all the ingredients in the bowl rather than on the countertop.
Step 2
Peel the avocado. Cut it into pieces of 1–1.5 cm. Add it to the cabbage.
Step 3
Place the cherry tomatoes on top, cutting half of them in half beforehand.
Step 4
Top with cottage cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, and sprinkle with oregano.
