Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 28.2 oz
- Mango - 1 piece
- Shallot - 1 piece
- Radicchio Salad - 1 bunch
- Lime - 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.7 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 4 stems
- Dried Chili Pepper - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from the lime. Pour the soy sauce and lime juice into a salad bowl.
Step 2
Add the grated ginger, crumbled dried red pepper, and shrimp, and mix.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce, dry it, and chop it.
Step 4
Peel and slice the shallot into rings.
Step 5
Peel the avocado and mango, and slice the flesh.
Step 6
Place the lettuce, avocado, and mango in the salad bowl and gently mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Before serving, mix again and sprinkle with shallot rings and cilantro leaves.
