- Avocado - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic chips - a pinch
- Pink Himalayan Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Place the avocado in a blender.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to the blender.
Step 4
Close the blender lid and blend on high speed until smooth.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate. After 1 hour, the mayonnaise is ready. Stir before use. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
