- Avocado - 1 piece
- Radish - 5 oz
- Donut Peaches - 5 oz
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 5 oz
- Sesame bun - 0 oz
- Tofu - 5 oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 0 fl oz
- Honey - 5 oz
- Sesame Oil - 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the tofu, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers, radishes, celery, peaches, and avocado. Chop everything randomly, cutting the celery smaller than the rest. Leave one radish unpeeled and slice it into rings for garnish.
Step 3
Combine the chopped vegetables with the sauce and add the toasted sesame seeds. In a separate bowl, dress the salad leaves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Place the salad leaves at the bottom of the plate, top with the vegetables and sauce, and garnish with radish slices and sesame seeds.
