Description

A beautiful and festive salad. The peach and radish are used in equal proportions, and this seemingly unusual combination is nicely bound together with a tangy dressing made from sesame oil and rice vinegar.

  • Mixed salad greens - 5 oz
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Radish - 5 oz
  • Donut Peaches - 5 oz
  • Celery stalk - 1 piece
  • Cucumbers - 5 oz
  • Sesame bun - 0 oz
  • Tofu - 5 oz
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 0 fl oz
  • Honey - 5 oz
  • Sesame Oil - 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

In a blender, combine the tofu, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, and blend until smooth.

Peel the cucumbers, radishes, celery, peaches, and avocado. Chop everything randomly, cutting the celery smaller than the rest. Leave one radish unpeeled and slice it into rings for garnish.

Combine the chopped vegetables with the sauce and add the toasted sesame seeds. In a separate bowl, dress the salad leaves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
