Description
If you don't have hoisin sauce, you can make a dressing based on soy sauce. Simply mix 20 ml of olive oil, a teaspoon of lime juice, and 30 ml of soy sauce.

- Arugula - to taste
- Mini vegetables - to taste
- Romaine lettuce - to taste
- Kung Pao Sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the hoisin sauce with a teaspoon of lime juice and olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and dice it. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Tear the romaine lettuce into a large bowl, add the spinach and arugula leaves, add the avocado and cherry tomatoes, toss with the dressing, season with pepper to taste, and serve.
