Description
You can easily determine the ripeness of an avocado by pressing on the stem, which is the spot where it attaches to the branch. If the stem is soft, the fruit is ripe. If you can't find ripe avocados at the store, don't worry; even unripe, firm avocados can ripen nicely at home at room temperature over the course of 3-5 days.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Champignons - 3 pieces
- Scallions - to taste
- Shrimp - 50 pieces
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and sauté for a few minutes in olive oil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, take a ripe avocado, wash it, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon, trying not to damage the skin, as we will need it later. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
Step 3
For this salad, it's convenient to use pre-cooked (small) shrimp in brine. Simply remove them from the jar and let the brine drain off.
Step 4
Mix the mushrooms, avocado, shrimp, and finely chopped green onions. Dress everything with mayonnaise and spoon it into the avocado skins.
