- King Prawns - 5.3 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- 20% Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Iceberg Lettuce - ½ bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp and sauté them in vegetable oil for 5 minutes (until pink). It is very important not to overcook them, otherwise the shrimp will become 'rubbery'. For this recipe, it is better to use large raw shrimp, as they are much juicier and meatier than cooked-frozen ones.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and tomato paste. Additionally, salt and pepper the sauce to make it even more flavorful.
Step 3
Chop the lettuce, peel the avocado and cut it into cubes, and cut the boiled potato in the same way.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 5
Drizzle the sauce on top. Serve immediately.
