Description
For this dish, it is necessary to make the filling from scratch.
Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Canned Grape Leaves - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Turmeric - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Boiled White Round Rice - 5.3 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Safflower Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small wedges.
Step 3
Chop the onion randomly.
Step 4
Pass the meat and vegetables through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Add the ground black pepper.
Step 6
Sprinkle with turmeric.
Step 7
Finely chop the well-washed herbs.

Add to the filling.

Add well-washed raw rice to the meat.

Thoroughly mix the filling until homogeneous.

Wash the grape leaves.
