- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 1.8 oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well, add salt (2–3 pinches), pour in water, and knead until a dense ball of elastic dough forms. If it becomes too liquid, add more flour. Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small cubes and place it in a frying pan. Generously pour in oil and fry over high heat until lightly golden, being careful not to burn it, or the onion will turn to stone.
Step 3
Make minced meat from the piece of beef. Place the meat on top of the golden onion in a pillow shape, add salt and pepper (2–3 pinches), mix, and fry until golden brown.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. Mince the garlic (2–3 cloves), add it to the sour cream, season with salt and pepper (2–3 pinches), and mix. The sauce is ready.
Step 5
Dust the table with flour. Take the rested dough and roll it out into a thin sheet. Cut it into squares.
Step 6
Add half a tablespoon of salt to boiling water and drop in the squares of dough. Cook like dumplings. Once the squares float to the surface after 2–3 minutes, drain them through a colander.
Step 7
In a deep plate, place the sheets of dough, top with the meat, pour over the sauce, and mix. Optionally, add cilantro.
