Ingredients
- Lamb - 1 piece
- Basil - ½ bunch
- Potato - 1 piece
- Chickpea - ½ cup
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Cilantro - ½ bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil until partially cooked.
Step 2
Rinse the meat, cut it into small pieces, and distribute it among the pots.
Step 3
Add chickpeas, 0.5 of a medium onion sliced into half-rings, salt, and pepper to taste to each pot.
Step 4
Pour water over everything and place in a well-heated oven.
Step 5
When the water boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 50 minutes.
Step 6
After that, add the diced potato and half of the tomato to each pot and cook for another 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve in the pot.
