- Garlic - 1 clove
- French Baguette - 3 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 12 tablespoons
- Tomato Puree - 6 tablespoons
- Parma Ham - 4 slices
- Pitted olives - 6 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Melted Cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Cut the small baguettes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until crispy.
Step 2
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and rub with the garlic clove. Spread with tomato puree and passata. Next, layer the sliced ham, sliced olives, sliced peppers, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Step 3
Return to the oven for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese melts.
