Ingredients
- Bream - 17.6 oz
- Ocean salt - 1 teaspoon
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Fresh Rose Hips - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the fish, clean it from the insides and scales, remove the head and fins.
Step 2
Rub the bream with sea salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence. Coat the inside and outside with mayonnaise. Place a sprig of rosemary inside each fish.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the fish on the paper.
Step 4
Preheat the oven.
Step 5
Bake the fish at 374°F for 30–40 minutes.
